Terms

These terms apply to sessions, packages and programs bought from Loukas Panether trading as Every Life, which runs Pregnancy Alchemy.

The online program

The Pregnancy Wellness Program is sold for a one-time payment in US dollars through our course platform. Your login details are emailed as soon as payment goes through, and access is for the life of the program. The program is for your personal use. Please do not share your login or redistribute the videos.

If you have a problem with your purchase, email [email protected]. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

One-to-one sessions and the package

The 18-month Pregnancy Alchemy package and any one-to-one sessions are arranged individually. What is included, over what period, and on what payment terms is confirmed with you in writing before you commit.

Cancellation and rescheduling

• More than three days before your session: reschedule at no cost, or cancel completely for a full refund.
• One to three days before: rescheduling is free. A complete cancellation in this window carries a $50 fee, with the balance refunded to your account.
• Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: the session is not refunded. That time was held for you and cannot be offered to anyone else at short notice.

Pregnancy is unpredictable. If something to do with your health or your baby means you cannot make a session, tell Loukas and it will be rescheduled without a fee.

Suitability

Loukas may decline or end an arrangement where the work is not appropriate for you, including the circumstances set out in the disclaimer. Where he declines before anything takes place, you are refunded in full.

Nothing is guaranteed

This is wellness support, not medical treatment. No particular outcome is promised, including conception or a particular kind of birth, and fees are for the time and the work rather than for a result. Please read the disclaimer in full.
